Utilizing evidence-based practices and personalized treatment plans at Inner Fire Counseling to address each client's unique needs. Providing an eclectic approach using techniques and skills from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), client-centered therapy, and other therapeutic approaches. Everyone deserves a safe space  to be heard. 

Sports can help to manage mental health symptoms. Currently playing fast-pitch softball and refereeing/coaching roller derby. Love to build things from lego to pallet wood furniture, anything to keep the hands busy.
